2026年の指針とご挨拶

謹んで新春のお慶びを申し上げます。

昨年は、多くの作家さまのご参加とご協力により、作品を通じて新たな出会いと感動を共有できましたこと、心より感謝申し上げます。皆様の創意あふれる作品が集い、どの会場でも、感動と活力に満ち溢れる素晴らしい展示となりました。

本年は、そのエネルギーをさらに広げ、より多くの方々に創作の喜びと出会いの感動をお届けし、作家の皆さまが参加出展しやすいよう、より充実した運営に努めてまいります。

本年もどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

広く公平に開催することを信条とするものとする

出展作品は、全て展示いたします。（基本的に審査はございません。ただし、小さなお子様が観てふさわしくないもの／生もの（水分を多く含む材料等）／アダルト及び政治的な作品　等はご遠慮いただいております）

主役は作家さま。そしてその作品を、会場にて鑑賞されたお客様の投票数により賞状授与をしております。

主催者側の判断による当落・受賞はございません。

2/20～23　善光寺燈明祭り展

長野県善光寺内宿坊　夜祭りの展示です。（こちらは定員数に達し締め切りました）

4/21～26　第51回銀座選抜展

大黒屋ギャラリー　各展示会場で得票数の多かった作家さま、受賞された作家さまによる選抜展です。

出展作品およびグッズ販売が可能です。

6/16～21　第24回東京都美術館展

公募ZEN展のメイン展示会場です。日本全国及び世界各国からの出展申込があります。

展示総数500点以上、入館者数も毎年4000人を超えます。

7/28～8/2　横浜市民ギャラリー展

日本で最初に「市民ギャラリー」を冠した施設といわれている、桜木町駅から徒歩10分のギャラリーです。

9/19～23　小田原三の丸ホール展

小田原駅から徒歩13分、小田原城を臨む立地です。小田原市観光交流センター隣。

10/17～26　第2回フランスParis展

パリ国際大学都市　にて開催。Paris展においては、Paris在住のZEN展関係者より、現地ギャラリーの紹介や作品の販売も視野に検討を重ねてまいります。参加作家さまの作品をParisから世界に向けて発信できますよう応援させていただきます。

2026 Guidelines and Formal Greeting

We extend our respectful New Year’s greetings. We express our profound gratitude to the many artists whose participation and cooperation last year enabled the sharing of new encounters and moving experiences through their works. The imaginative contributions of all participants coalesced into exhibitions of exceptional vitality and inspiration at each venue.

In 2026, we shall endeavor to broaden that momentum, bringing the joy of artistic creation and the excitement of discovery to a wider audience. We will also enhance our organizational practices to facilitate and encourage artists’ participation and exhibition activities. We respectfully solicit your continued support and engagement in the year ahead.

Founding Principle

We are committed to conducting the exhibition openly and impartially, without discrimination on the basis of nationality, artistic school, faction, or age.

Exhibition Policy

All submitted works shall be exhibited. There is, in principle, no preliminary screening. Notwithstanding, submissions that meet any of the following criteria will be declined: works unsuitable for viewing by young children; perishable items or works composed of materials with high moisture content; explicit adult content; and works of a political nature.

The artist is the principal focus of the exhibition. Awards and certificates are conferred solely on the basis of visitor votes collected at each venue. There shall be no selections or awards determined at the discretion of the organizers.

2026 Exhibition Schedule and Venues

Artists are invited to prepare and submit works according to their own schedules. There is no restriction on theme; participants are encouraged to use these exhibitions as a platform for personal artistic expression.

Feb 20–23 Zenkoji Tomyo Festival Exhibition

Venue: Temple lodgings within Zenkoji, Nagano Prefecture. Nighttime festival exhibition.Status: Registration closed due to capacity.

Apr 21–26 51st Ginza Selected Exhibition

Venue: Daikokuya Gallery.A curated selection comprising artists who received the highest visitor votes or awards at the various venues. Sales of exhibited works and related merchandise are permitted.

Jun 16–21 24th Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum Exhibition

Venue: Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (principal exhibition of the Open Call ZEN Exhibition).This venue receives submissions from across Japan and internationally. Total exhibited works exceed 500, and annual attendance surpasses 4,000 visitors.

Jul 28–Aug 2 Yokohama Civic Gallery Exhibition

Venue: Yokohama Civic Gallery, approximately a ten-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station. The facility is recognized as the first in Japan to bear the designation “Civic Gallery.”

Sep 19–23 Odawara Sannomaru Hall Exhibition

Venue: Sannomaru Hall, approximately a thirteen-minute walk from Odawara Station, with a view of Odawara Castle; adjacent to the Odawara City Tourism Exchange Center.

Oct 17–26 2nd France Paris Exhibition

Venue: Internationale Universitaire de Paris.For the Paris exhibition, representatives of the ZEN Exhibition residing in Paris will continue to pursue introductions to local galleries and opportunities for the sale of works. We shall support participating artists in promoting their works from Paris to an international audience.

Mid-December Sagami-Ono Bono Exhibition Date To Be Determined

Venue: Unicom Sagamihara, Bono Sagami-Ono South Mall, 3rd floor, in front of Sagami-Ono Station.
